Every enquiry starts with an on-site evaluation of the space and drainage, no remote guesses at scope or cost. The on-site visit assesses the ground conditions, checks drainage slope requirements, and reviews any HOA design guidelines that apply. Only after that visit is a written, itemized estimate put together, listing base preparation, surfacing, fencing, lighting, and line marking as separate line items.

  • Will my HOA design review affect the project?
