What We Do
Sports Court Building Services
From new court construction and site preparation to resurfacing, fencing, lighting, and sport conversions.
Backyard Sports Courts
We arrange a multi-sport court fitted to your actual yard dimensions, using interlocking polypropylene tiles rated for year-round outdoor use. Half-court configurations and multi-sport line layouts let a compact Orlando-area backyard handle basketball, pickleball, and more on one surface.
Basketball Court Installation
We arrange every stage from site grading and drainage planning through concrete slab installation, acrylic surface coating, and regulation line marking. Central Florida’s sandy soils and heavy rain are accounted for in the base design, not patched around after the slab is poured.
Commercial, HOA & School Courts
We arrange court builds scoped for repeated heavy use, concrete or asphalt base, acrylic sport coating, integrated drainage, perimeter fencing, and multi-use line marking. HOA communities, school campuses, and commercial properties each get a site assessment and itemised written estimate before any work begins.
Court Design & Site Preparation
We arrange the full pre-construction sequence: topsoil and root removal, excavation to subgrade, grading to the correct slope, perimeter drain and catch basin placement, and crushed stone base compaction. Skipping or rushing any of these steps is the most common reason finished courts crack or hold standing water.
Court Lighting & Fencing
We arrange lighting and fencing as a paired perimeter system: LED fixtures mounted for even coverage without glare, and chain link fencing on galvanized steel posts set in concrete. Fence height, gate placement, and fixture positions are planned around the court layout so nothing is retrofitted after the fact.
Court Resurfacing, Repairs & Maintenance
We arrange the full repair sequence: drainage and surface inspection, pressure washing, crack filling with patch filler, acrylic recoating, and regulation line striping. Florida’s UV exposure and summer rain accelerate surface breakdown, so the inspection determines whether spot repair or full resurfacing is the right scope before any work is quoted.
Multi-Sport Court Installation
We arrange site grading, base construction, synthetic surface installation, and multi-sport line marking so one court handles basketball, pickleball, and more without compromising the playing area for any single game. The layout is planned at the assessment stage so line placement is deliberate, not crowded.
Pickleball Court Installation
We arrange the full build sequence: drainage and slope assessment, base selection and pour, acrylic or modular surface application, regulation line marking, and net post setting. Central Florida’s sandy soil and high water table make the drainage check a required step, not an optional one, before any base material is placed.
Tennis Court Installation
We arrange the full installation sequence from subbase compaction and drainage system placement through acrylic sport surfacing, net post setting, perimeter fencing, and line striping. Central Florida’s clay-mixed soils and heavy seasonal rainfall are built into the drainage design from the first site visit, not addressed after the slab is poured.
Tennis-to-Pickleball Conversions
We arrange the full conversion scope: surface wear and crack inspection, shared-use or dedicated line layout in contrasting color court paint, and net post adjustment or portable net setup to pickleball height. Many Orlando-area HOA courts can fit two to four pickleball courts within the existing tennis court footprint.
